This is to good to be true, what is the catch?
There is no catch. You simply look through our catalog, and choose a store
you would like to purchase something from. When you click on the link to
the store, you will be taken directly to that store as if you had gone there
on your own. The difference is, now you will get cashback and special coupons
to use for your purchases.
How will I get paid?
When your cash back account has accumulated $25 or more, you can request a check.
A check will then be sent directly to you that you can cash, and enjoy
the benefits of getting paid, to do what you were already doing before, for free!
Is the discount provided immediately at check out?
Yes and no. You see, you will get bonus discounts, special deals, and
digital coupons that are all available immediately at check out. But your cashback will not be available
until the store you purchased from sends the money back to Sweetest Buys. Sweetest Buys will then send you
a check for all cashback earned as soon as you have accumulated $25 or more.
If I make a purchase at a store listed in my mall, but I don't do it online, do I still get cashback for it?
No, I'm sorry to say. We plan in the future to be able to do this, but for now,
unless you go through your mall and purchase online we have no way of tracking your purchases and making
cashback available to you.
If I have refered someone to Sweetest Buys who has purchased something, but I haven't, will I still be elligable for commission?
Yes you will be. There is no minimums to buy, or monthly quotas to meet. There is
no reason to not purchase from your own mall, save money, and get cash back on the things you need to purchase anyway.
But once you show someone how to save money and get cashback for themselves, you will always be eligible to earn a
commission on everything they ever purchase, for the rest of the time you are a member of Sweetest Buys, regardless
of whether you purchase anything or not.
Is electronic transfer available?
No. We are sorry to say, we are not set up for electronic transfer as of yet.
We hope in the near future we will be able to have this option available for all members.
Is my personal information going to be safe?
Yes, your personal information will not be used for any other purposes other than
your use of the Sweetest Buys website. We will not sell your email address, or
home address for any reason. In fact, when you get your free membership to Sweetest Buys
the only required information on the short form is your username, password, and email
address. All the rest of the information can be added at a later time when you request
a check, and feel more secure with Sweetest Buys.
Is this legal?
Yes, this is totally legal. In fact, it follows the
same business practice as corporate america, except it's much more rewarding to the average
consumer. In corporate america, when a product is purchased, commissions are paid from the
sale of that product to the salesman, the upper management, and all the way up to the top
CEO of the company. With Sweetest Buys, every purchase from any store in the Sweetest Buys
network will earn a cashback check for the family that made the purchase, and also earn a
commission check for 8 other families.
Is this a pyramid scheme?
A pyramid scheme is a scheme designed to only make money
for those at the top. In a typical pyramid scheme, you pay a large sum of money to be a part
of it, and you get to keep some of the money that others pay you to be a part of it. Typically
there is no product, just money changing hands and people being paid to get money from other
people, and promising huge returns for their investment. Pyramids always break down eventually,
and those at the bottom, usually lose a great deal of money.
Sweetest Buys is absolutely free. No startup costs at all. No membership fees. No minimum monthly
purchase. You do not get paid to sign people up, and those at the bottom have the exact same
chance to earn money as those at the top. You simply get cashback for purchasing from companies
in your own virtual shopping mall. And by giving others their own free shopping mall, you will
get cashback for all their purchases also! It's not a pyramid, it's just a really great deal.
How often do you see anything truely free in this world anymore? That's why when something really
is free, people naturally think it must be illegal. Why not take advantage of it, and just enjoy it?
Is this Multi-Level-Marketing?
No, it is not MLM. Although MLM is a legal business that
carries some similarities, there are some major differences. In MLM, commissions are paid for
the products that you sell, and for products that are sold by the salesforce you have recruited.
In many cases you are required to purchase much more product than you can personally consume,
for the purpose of directly selling it to others.
In Sweetest Buys, your not selling anything. You simply purchase as much or as little as you
would like, from any company you wish in the Sweetest Buys network. There are no requirments
to buy anything, and there are no requirements to recruit others. Although you do have enormouse
opportunity to build a profitable business, you also have the opportunity to just simply save
money on your own purchases, and get a little cash back too!
Does Sweetest Buys withhold taxes for me?
Having a free membership with Sweetest Buys, does not make
you an employee of Sweetest Buys. You will be that of a general contractor. You are responsible
for taking care of your own taxes if you make enough money to have to claim it. Sweetest Buys
will however send you a Form I9 stating all commission that was paid out to you.
But I don't want to sell anything, can I still make money?
Of course you can. Sweetest Buys has options for everyone. You are not required to ever
show Sweetest Buys to anyone. You can simply save money on your own purchases, and get a
check in the mail for cash back! If you choose to make money on the purchases of others,
that is also very simple. Your still not selling anything. All you do is send people to
the website using your personalized link, and you will get credit for anything they buy
from any place they buy it, for the rest of your life as long as you stay a free member of Sweetest Buys.
I do not live in the United States, can I still take advantage of Sweetest Buys?
Of course you can. At this time, all funds will be paid in U.S. Dollars,
and it will be your responsibility to be able to handle the currency exchange. We are currently looking into
other options.
